From our Roastmaster: "This is an amazing coffee. Medium roasted with a rounded balance to its taste profile. The pure chocolate and almond flavour tones are perfectly enhanced with light hints of rosehip, apple and vanilla. This coffee comes directly from a coffee plantation in Costa Rica. This 'direct trade' gives this coffee farmer more than twice the market price and a better life."

Costa Rica has made beautiful coffee for decades and is famous for its Yellow Honey processing method. That gives a wonderfully sweet touch to this single origin coffee. There are slightly less bitters in it and therefore slightly softer with milk. We like it as a drip or regular filter coffee as well!
